I Need Help Asap Plz.. I Have Motorola E5 Play

My phone is encrypted,but I can't get it decypted,someone is remotely controlling it has taken.my identity,all my Gmail account s, FB account, says Root PA is in my phone but it is not rooted...it won't update, they are destroying everything I have been trying to keep safe.i need to get my.phone back it's not okay, please

 

I would try & disconnect it from wifi so the Hacker cannot access the phone.
Then use another non hacked device to access FB & Google accounts & see if you can change the passwords, if not then try recovery options for each account to return access to yourself.
Can you turn the phone off?
Can you hard reset the phone?

I've hard reset it ,it comes back phone encrypted..I never encrypted it they are using my sim card, deleted all my contacts, have blocks and everything in my phone I can't do anything and says my phone is linked to others, anything I do they are exactly doing the same thing.it registers my phone like 2.as well as they haveing secret conversations on FB and shows 5 motorola e5 plays attached doing this thru my account I don't have secret conversations with my phone..I can't reset it to a backup ..I just want my information back please help

 

Take the phone to your Service Provider. They can tell you what your options are.
