Interrupted Downloads

    When downloading files , the computer starts at 1 or 2 MBs per second and quickly slows down to about 600 KB per second. With large files it frequently stops and has to be resumed. We have a gigabit connection but are using a wi-fi adapter. Kaspersky security cloud found to detections but I didn't save a log before uninstalling it. The detected files are still quarantined on the computer. I ran RogueKiller but it continually crashed before I was able to export a log but it said it didn't find anything.

    Questions: Are you using a VPN when downloading and you seem to be very low on memory:

    Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB
    Total Physical Memory 3.44 GB
    Available Physical Memory 847 MB

    You may want to contact your internet service.

    No problem. I can only suggest you remove all your temp files, free up some memory and check with your internet provider. You can also go to:
