Laptop Running Super Slow. Win10 Search Bar Redirected To Hide My Search

Laptop is running super slow and win10 search bar redirected to hide my search. Ran all the scans, lots of things were found. The hide my search junk is gone but still running super super low. Any thoughts?

Thank you again for your assistance. Windows booting up seems to be its normal time. Where it is slow is:
1. After it boots it takes ~3 minutes for the tool bar to fill in. The only item present there is the windows icon, search bar and task view toggle, rest is blank for about 3 minutes
2. Takes a very long time for programs to both open and operate. For example, Chrome takes ~2 minutes to load and then youtube took ~5 minutes to load up. I have other computers on the network and can say it isn't an internet speed issue
3. All programs take a very long time to open and once they do moving around in them takes way longer then it did prior to the infection

I did clear out the cache on both chrome and edge but they are still super slow along with the other programs.
