Louses.net Virus

I believe I have a virus that references louses.net.

Starting yesterday, I've gotten pop ups in the lower right side of the window that are meant to look like they are part of standard Windows 10 notifications. They say Security Alert, click here to fix the error, or McAffee click here to download anti-virus.

All of the pop ups reference louses.net.

I think I got the virus yesterday from a "free" tv channel site.

I did the standard read-me first, and it didn't fix it.

My logs are aattached.

I was able to fix it myself.

I had allowed this site to send me notifications in Chrome. I turned off the notifications in Chrome>settings and it fixed it!!!!
