Possible Email Attachment Virus

My wife receiced an email that she thought she knew who was from and opened the attachment. It wouldn't open and she deleted it as she was worried. I managed to find the file in her download history and it was a zip file but the file was ending .vbs. she forwarded it on to me and I scanned it on my laptop and windows security detected it as a virus. It said it is Trojan: script/Woreflint.A!cl. Can this sort of virus run on an android phone

 

A .vbs file only runs on Windows.
