Problem connecting RAZR v3m to PC.

    I have a Motorola RAZR v3m and I'm trying to connect it to my PC. I have a USB connector and I believe I installed the Razr driver correctly.

    The problem is, I can't get it to show up in BitPim, a file manager. http://www.bitpim.org/

    My cell phone, listed as Motorola USB Modem, is listed under the Universal Serial Bus controllers category, but it need to be connected to COM 1 or COM 2 in order for it to work with BitPim.

    So, my question is...how do I get my phone to connect to COM1 or COM2?
