Requesting A Check-up

Lately I've been getting some unusual lag when typing in the url bar, search bar, or in chat message boxes. Today I've had trouble playing youtube vids, facebook vids, and I lost my sound. The sound issue and video playback fixed itself when I restarted my computer, but just to be on the safe side I wanted to run the Malware Removal scans.

Adwcleaner didn't detect anything, nor did Malwarebytes or Hitman. I think RogueKiller detected a policy that has always been on my computer, but it would really be helpful if someone had a look at the MGlogs to be sure.
