Setting Up A Daw Computer For Audio Recording

I want to know if anyone is familiar with what services, etc. to have on and off for efficiently running a Digital Audio Workstation, without the constant nagging cycle of 'checks' that prevent the consistent flow of audio tracks and their plugins.
Refer to the machine info below.
I am using all 20 cores unlocked for maximum plugin usage in CakeWalk/Sonar as my main DAW, and Audacity, SoundForge, etc. as secondary DAWs. I am using the PreSonus AudioBox USB96 as my goto breakout soundcard box, and the PreSonus StudioLive 16.0.2 as my main mixer for external recording gigs.
I use various plugs, from Izotope, SlateDigital, OverLoud, TH-U, as well as a few free plugs from TokyoDawn, etc.
Several physical instruments: Carvin, Fender, Rogue, Dean, etc.-GTRs/BASSes,
Alesis Surge Mesh Elec. - Drums, SessionDrummer, Toon, Modo, etc-Soft Drums, various physical percussion,
and physical Keys -Korg Triton, Taktile, with various softsynth keys from Korg[M1, PolySix, MonoPoly, etc.], Arp, Moog, Roland, Vital, Prophecy, etc.
Got hacked and had to reinstall Win 10 Pro [same as previous], but need to know exactly what services, etc. are needed / not needed to perform efficiently, w/out glitches when running larger amounts of plugins for mixing/mastering/live use. I use my PC for Live recording a lot, but also for mixing/mastering, along with doing my own material.
Before the reinstall, I had no real problems with 50+ tracks full of plugs and audio, but after install, it sometimes glitches when using 3 or more plugins with 30 or more tracks of audio. It rarely uses more than 4 Gb RAM and/or 20% of each compressor in the DAW software as a rule, so I figure that glitches are caused by outside processes from the DAW, if that helps. This is the reason I am looking for someone knowledgeable in Music Production Workstations, etc. I have some tech skills, but obviously not enough to figure this completely out. I 'manual-ed' and 'disabled' all unnecessary services I know about, and it stopped about half the problems with the DAW, but there is still something I am not seeing outside the DAW that is causing problems, I believe.
Thanx for any help and your time and effort in this matter. Machine info below.
