    I created a new user as sysadmin to do backups only
    but it gave me an error message AC05424E - Could not connect to server.
    Where should I look for the answer? Or is there anyone who can help.
    I've created the same user on another server and didn't have a problem with.

    if you couldn't connect to the server then communication was lost. Check the status of the database server or restart it if you can. Then try to make your user.
