Tablet problem

I have a tablet that is designed by LaPan it's name is Matsunichi, having a problem with it coming on. Have tried everything to get it to turn on,is their a place for me to find more information on this tablet. Have tried to go to website but no help.When I plug it in to charge it will blick the charging light then nothing,let it charge for 8hours it still willn't turn on.:cry:cry:cry
