Windows Backup & Restore Point Disabled

The pc I'm inquiring about belongs to a friend of mine. They asked me to take a look at it because a folder had disappeared on its own. While trying to locate this folder, I noticed his pc was running slower than my pc even though its a step up from my hardware setup. Also windows backup and restore had been disabled. According to them, windows backup and restore settings were enabled/setup back when the pc was first built, and they hadn't changed it since. I ran a malwarebytes scan prior to deciding to post to this forum, and I quarantined what was found (i attached that log). I ran a system file scan and the results said there were corrupt files found and that they were repaired successfully. I then ran a system backup and and it didn't run successfully with reason being that it had skipped some files. This friend is running ESET Antivirus/malware/firewall. I ran a scan with ESET and it found a couple things. I also will include these logs. Thanks in advance
