Help?

Ok, this would be my first post here and possibly be my only as I am not that well knowledged in this topic.

Anyway, the reason I am here is all down to a program I am sure some of you know, Steam. I dont want to go in detail, but it crashed twice whilst playing a game with it and after the second time, It wouldnt let me run steam.
Now let me just say that I followed every single one tutorial and idea suggested on how to get it fixed and not one succeeded, I booted with only windows services, did a clean reinstall and deleted the client registry for steam also. None of these worked.

So, I checked the processes and if I were to run steam, its process would simply run for a second at tops and then stop. So I have spent the past 2 days looking into this to find a resolution, to which in my dismay.

Until I found somebody post a dload link to a program called "FixWareOut". I had heard of it before, but vaguely remembered it and thought I didnt have that much to lose so I'd give it a shot.

I ran it, hoping for the best, and in the end it gave me a text report stating ( what I am assuming ) the things that were doing stuff to my PC. Wether they be good or bad, they were toying with it.

Now if anybody could help me resolve these issues, I would be very greatfull as I have over 150 quid worths of games paired to my Steam account and they are near to no good on a PC that practically cant play them.

I have tried everywhere and this was my last resort, as I didnt want to bug you guys with my noobiness in this part of I.T
So could somebody lend me a hand and guide me through this?

 

Listen guys, I know it would be asking but I am in need of a fix.

Take for instance, it says steam is running but in silent mode?
How would I remove that...As that may be the one thing thats messing up my computer...

It is pretty disspointing knowing that none of you could help me.
But I found a resolution to the problem and everything thing is ok now.
It was all due to my system clock being unusually set to the year 2088.
