  1. hi ya,
i'm not able to get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware google chrome and IE(eww) cannot D/L this file from you or the Aussie connect also other anti Malware sites are being misdirected from as i try and navigate to them. spy bot site redirects me to "StopZilla" and malwarebytes is "The webpage at http://www.malwarebytes.org/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." i have not tried compiling a full list of the blocked sites all though if the coffee's good i might try, i've run AVG free 3 times and the number of threats found increases every time from 1 - 4 - and now 29 this last time. i think i made the virus angry? i am going to do what logging i can as per instructions. but i had to stop to write this because either your links are broken in your main READ&RUN or and more likely, there is a user end bug that is not letting me access the information i need to destroy said bug.

  6. and it is true after running Comodo 30-day trial and finding nothing from peppermint and an XP Shell, i've also decided that AVG free is not for me.

Yes, I am afraid the latest version of AVG is prompting people to switch to either Avast or Avira.

Not just the lastest version. ;) I have not liked it since they screwed it up when version 8 started coming out. This is why the How to Protect yourself from malware! sticky basically moved AVG to the bottom and also gave warnings about using it. In my eyes, it only got worse since then. If you were careful what you let it install/run, you could work around some issues. Some people still liked it, but I have long since stopped using it on any PC.
