I think I scewed up by not noting that I have a 64-bit operating system. I note that your reply is for a 32-bit.

 

I have yet to try it on 64 bit W7 but will give it a try soon and let you know.

Yes, I tried it. It downloaded okay, but during the installation process I got a "time out" message.
