    I have run all 5 scans that your Malware removal page lists. I can't find the RKreport[1].txt file. You said to run each thing only once. How can I get the report to you for Rogue Killer?

    I started having trouble 2 days ago when I received a notification to update myplayer. I guess I thought it was for my media player but that's when all this other stuff came with it & my computer is so slow along with pop ups & even whole page pop ups.

    Hope this helps you help me. I'm lost!!!

    Thank you

    Welcome to MajorGeeks!

    Run RogueKiller again - after clicking Scan and it has completed, click on Report for the RKreport_SCN_09132014_xxxxx.log to be opened. That is the log we want attached. (Copy & Paste it into Notepad > save to your Desktop to easily find it again)

    Hi!

    Didn't you run MalwareByte's? Where's that log?(Have it fix what is detected?)

    Please download AdwCleaner by Xplode and save to your Desktop.
    • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
      Vista/Windows 7/8 users right-click and select Run As Administrator
    • Click on the Scan button.
    • AdwCleaner will begin...be patient as the scan may take some time to complete.
    • After the scan has finished, click on the Report button...a logfile (AdwCleaner[R#].txt) will open in Notepad for review (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
    • The contents of the log file may be confusing. Unless you see a program name that you know should not be removed, don't worry about it. If you see an entry you want to keep, let me know about it.
    • Attach the logfile to your next next reply.
    • A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

    http://imageshack.us/a/img841/7292/thisisujrt.gif Now download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
    • Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
    • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Seven, right-mouse click it and select Run as Administrator.
    • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
    • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
    • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
    • Attach the JRT.txt to your next message.
    MGlogs.zip is also incomplete, important logs are missing - including a HijackThis/analysethis log.
    Please run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select "Run As Administrator").Make sure that you watch for the license agreement for TrendMicro HijackThis and click on the Accept button TWICE to accept ( yes twice).

    Then attach the below logs:

    * C:\MGlogs.zip
    * MalwareByte's log.txt
    * AdwCleaner[R#].txt
    * JRT.txt

    Sorry I thought that I attached everything correctly. Here is everything else you asked for also. I had you use my old computer that has XP on it to transfer everything to a flash drive so I hope it gives you everything you need. I'm unable to bring up a page on my computer. The same thing happened when I used Malware Bytes in the past. How do I get around that? Also my son who thinks I am an idiot when it comes to computers decided that a system restore was what needed to be done so he did one against my wishes. I now can bring up a page but it says that the proxy server cannot connect, so what do I do with that? Sorry for all the extra problems. I hope you can help me with this because I would like to show my son up!!;)

    Thank you for your help!!
    Sandy-

    Understanding that there may be legitimate reasons for delays, please do what you can to provide requested logs & replies more quickly. (Lessen the time malware can invite more in.)
    When did he do the restore- since we've begun our cleaning?

    Using AdwCleaner.exe previously downloaded:
    • Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool. (Vista, Win7/8 users should right-click and "Run As Administrator")
    • Click on the Scan button.
    • After the scan has finished..
    • Click on the Clean button.
    • Press OK when asked to close all programs and follow the onscreen prompts.
    • Press OK again to allow AdwCleaner to restart the computer and complete the removal process.
    • After rebooting, a logfile report (AdwCleaner[S#].txt) will open automatically (where the largest value of # represents the most recent report).
    • A copy of that logfile will also be saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder.
    • Attach this log to your next reply.
    Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • AdwCleaner[S#].txt
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
    How is your pc running?

    Hi again! All the reports that you have were done before the system restore. It runs ok but as it starts up several "Bad Image" notifications pop up. I can bring up a page but it tells me the proxy server cannot connect on Mozilla & on IE it tells me to diagnose the connection. I can hook up my old computer(XP system) to the same connection & it brings up pages without the same problem. So I have a page just can't do anything with it!

    After the system restore all the downloads for the reports are gone so I can't run them again easily. Unless I can flash drive transfer them from the library computer or something. I will try that if you want me to download anything else.

    Please tell me that you can help me fix this mess!!! :(

    Thank you
    Sandy

    Ok here is everything but the JRT it won't let me run that. Bad Image notification keep popping up when I tried to run the JRT &after clicking OK on them it stops the JRT from running. The tdskiller says no threats found! The Malware Bytes says its to large for your site so I will try it again

    Please follow my instructions and those instructions ONLY! Make no changes other than what I instruct.
    1. Right-click on the MalwareBytes' log file > Send to > Compressed(zipped) folder.
    2. Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, Win7 or Win8, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).
    3. Attach the complete MGlogs.zip - not any individual log from it!
    4. Also attach the MalwareBytes'.zip that you created.
