    Hi Guys

    Can somebody explain why I am getting this message when trying to install Windows XP.

    All the sites I have reviewed say that it is to do with upgrading windows or a driver failure. Neither of these make sense as I am trying a fresh installation of windows on a clean hdd on a Fic2000 laptap..

    IOW somthing isnt compatible. check the list like it says, otherwise you may have to go with 2000 or a 9x OS instead... or upgrade
