I used Nirsoft's BSOD Viewer and it said the caused files are:
    fltmgr.sys
    halmacpi.dll
    ntkrnlpa.exe

    My specs:
    AMD Phenom II X4 955
    2GB G. Skill 800Mhz DDR 2
    3 HDDs | 3 CD/DVD/Blu-Ray Drives
    ASUS M3NHT-Deluxe MOBO

    - Yes, I've tried running memtest86+. I ran it overnight and there were NO errors.
    - This is a fresh install of Windows 7 on a brand new hard drive (just installed 4+ hours ago).
    - Even in safe mode, the BSOD's occur. They'll happen randomly; whether I'm transferring files, listening to music or just browsing the web.

    Please, help !
