First, please follow ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT: Basic Spyware, Trojan And Virus Removal
If you already have any of the programs linked in the tutorial please double check your version to make sure you have the latest one and that you have any/all updates for the programs.

NOTE: In order to resolve the issues you are having it is very important that you at least try to perform all the steps as outlined. If you have any difficulty please post back letting us know what steps you have completed, what you found while doing the scans if anything and details about any problems you have encountered in completing the steps. The more details you can provide the better.

After doing ALL of the above if you still have a problem:

Make sure you have HijackThis 1.99 and follow the guidelines on where to install it and how to post a log as an attachment. This is all covered in the sticky thread NO HIJACK THIS LOG FILES BEFORE READING THIS: HJT Tutorial & LOG File Posting

Now post a HijackThis log as an attachment to your message (Do not post the log inline). All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, e-mail. Close before running Hijack This!

To repeat: Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT

Ok i did the basic spyware removal thing and my laptop is still at 100% cpu usage...the only thing it said it removed was the look2me something which was removed by the kill2me program and all other programs found nothing

Please read my instructions again about shutting down ALL browsers and where not to run HijackThis from. Here is some output from your log.

    C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe <--- Internet Explorer is a browser
C:\DOCUME~1\Julio\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 2 for hijackthis.zip\HijackThis.exe <--- you are running from the ZIP file

You will not get any backups running HJT like this and having a browser opened can make it impossible for HJT to fix problems. You must addrress these issues before continuing.

You can use HJT to fix the below two lines (make sure all browsers are closed before fixing):

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

But these are not the cause of high CPU useage. Are you sure you are reading this correctly?

Which process is using all of your CPU time? Press CTRL-ALT-DEL simultaneously to bring up Task Manager and select Processes. The click the CPU column to sort on CPU useage. Tell me which processes are using a lot of CPU time. Look at them while you are not click or opening and closing anything.

    Iexplore.exe
    svchost.exe
    explorer.exe
    ccapp.exe
    lucoms~1.exe

but even when i close iexplorer or anyother prgram it stays at 100%...i think i remember the best buy guy saying it was a spyware hidden as a touchpad program

You need to tell me how much CPU each application is using.

Also what is your System Idle Processs showing?

ccapp.exe is a process belonging to Norton AntiVirus 2003. It is responsible for the auto-protect and email checking facilities, both of which will not function correctly if this service is stopped. But if it is constantly eating up your CPU something is wrong.

Thats not CPU useage! That's how much memory they are using and nothing looks out of bounds.

well under the cpu column all of them say 00
except Syntpenh.exe which is at 99

Does it always stay at 99%? That process is described in the below link:

    http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/syntpenh/

Sounds like something you need and must have been using for a while with your TouchPad on your laptop. When did this problem start?

Other info I have on it states,
I would just end the process and then disable it from loading again at startup, but you may want to find out from the creator why it is eating up all your CPU time.

Well it started doing it about 3 days ago...and so far the disabling it at start up is working fine

    thanks for the help
