I have tried almost ever single google remedy there is i could find. Changing controller bits, shutting off superfetch, windows search. I've run 3 different antivirus's. I have turn off many of the background programs. I have tried almost everything i could think of. Nothing! Nothing will help. I emailed my local computer repair shop and he said he can fix it but for a price i dont want to pay until i have tried everything. He said something about background programs using the disk space and like i said i shut those off but i'm still using 100% of my disk. I'm going insane.

I have a Lenovo H50 with 1 TB HDD and 12 GB's RAM are the very basics. Anyone can help?

I hope you don't have three AV programs installed.

Are you meaning 100% CPU usage? What's shown under Windows Resource Monitor's CPU>Processes?

What do you mean by "using"? Are you saying you are out of free disk "space"? Or is disk "utilization" at 100%? Where are you seeing this? If in Task Manager, it should show you what is "utilizing" the disk I/O "interface".
