This error is coming up whenever I start Excel. I have searched on the net, but cannot find what is causing this. any help is appreciated. If I say o.k. a few times it lets me in, but it's a pain.

Close thread please. I solved my own issue.

Dumped office and all related folder and registry entries.

This problem reoccurred again. I don't want to dump office again.

Anyone got an idea? I'm using office 2010.

Apparently Excel had 14 updates in June. Have you done the updates? Perhaps this fixes the problem.

Not a beta or RC of Office 2010 is it? or is this a full retail release version as I been running it on a few PCs with Win7 with no issues, also whats the Win version used?

Can also be due to the excel sheet being created in a different version of Excel and not properly converted to 2010 and its macros, did it warn you of incompatible macros?
