Got a shitty second hand computer today cause thats all i could afford.

Dell GX50 1.3ghz celeron running windows xp

It had a 20gig HD on it and i had another 20gig around so i replaced the floppy drive with the HD. Just before closing i had a look at the psu and it said only 110w output. Im thinking wtf. Surely this computer wont run 2 HD's and a CPU on that.

Well what do you know it does.

Is it only a matter of time before it starts having problems or is this enough power cause i dont have enough money at the moment to buy a new psu.

That power supply is WAY to small! Leave it to Dell to release such a 'quality' product to the public ;) You can get a decent new 350w - 400w PSU at any PC store for under $45.00; a used one should run half of that or less.

At least the Celeron CPU has fairly low power consumption, so the puny 110w should get you by for a short time 'til you can upgrade.
