Started getting this error on XP machines joined to domain on non-admin accounts:

    16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
    C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\pxslomem.com
C:\DOCUME~1\username\LOCALS~1\Temp\, a temporary file needed for initialization could not be created or could not be written to. Make sure that the directory path exists, and disk space is available. Click 'Close' to terminate the application.

I have run SEP and all anti-malware programs and the machines are not infected. I have tried running sfc with no luck, also tried replaced command.com, config.nt and autoexec.nt from the oiriginal XP disc. It looks like a permission error but unfortunately you cannot change permissions on the read-only temp file directory. Has anybody else even seen this error? The google is no help when searching for pxslomem.com
