16 bit MS.DOS subsytem

I dont know if this is the right place if not apologies, I run windows 7 32 bit recently i have been receiving this message c:\users\ ant\appdata\local\temp\31150669.exe the NTVDM CPU has encountered an illeagle instruction CS:0186IP05faop:feff9a0500 I have tried scanning with fsecure anti virus, windows malicious removal tool,10bit 360 nothing shows up any advice please

 

It is a maleware issue, Grab a copy of Superantispyware and Maleware bytes, I am reasonably sure they will root it out. They both have free editions that work very well and highly recommended.
