16 bit msdos subsystem error

    When I use my command promt to run a ping command (XP) I get this error
    The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction.
    CS:0db IP:ffd3 OP:63 fa 65 12 64 Choose close to terminate application.

    I also get this error when I type CMD in the run window. I have tried running sbybot and it finds nothing!! I would appricate any help you can give I have attached my hijack this log.

    Run the appropriate one below for your OS.
    For Windows XP Pro: download and run XPproFix
    For Windows XP Home: download and run XPHomeFix

    You should run the cleaning steps because you do have somethings to address. One of your problems is you are running multiple antivirus applications.
