Hello... I am using a program called DejaWin in the ICTCP suite. I use it for terminal access to a Unix server.

My OS is WinXP Pro SP3.

Lately I am having issues w/ my laptops and DejaWin just giving me a black screen. Sometimes after about 5 minutes it comes up allowing me to choose a terminal session, and sometimes it just sits, and I have to go through the steps to force it to close, and then I get a message the 16-bit subsystem is not repsonding.

If I check my Even Log's I don't get anything out of the ordinary. I removed the 2 apps we installed prior to this issue ( Novell GroupWise & McAfee ), but have had no luck w/ this either.

I have done the steps here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324767 with no luck. I have even replaced the NTVDM.exe & woexec.exe files with no luck.

This is only on my laptops. So far the only solution I can come up w/ is to go back about 1 month in system restore. I went day by day in the SysRestore calendar looking for any software the users may have installed but nothing is listed.

This is now effecting my laptop and I am running out of things to look at.
Virus scans return nothing as well.

I figured I would try reinstalling DejaWin on my laptop, but I can't install it due to the 16-bit substem issues.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
