1909 Offline Scan

After the offline scan rebooted I did not see any findings which I assume is good. Does this scan only show up malware and otherwise nothing.

I tried to find information in event viewer and selected security ;I then scrolled to the time it ran but found no evidence of the scan being run.
Could you straighten this out for me as to if there is a result of the offline scan and howto find it if so?
I would like to think there is a search somewhere to find the result.

I must be missing something b/c when I follow your link's directions, it does not match my Windows 1909 as to results.

 

I did find his but it is useless to the average user as there is only code and no reference in English to offline scan or results.
