    Hi,

Hope this is in the right place

Basically if someone wanted to save 2000 emails and their hotmail acct is full with them, is there an easier/better/faster way of doing this than simply creating a new email acct and forwarding them to the new acct to use as storage space for them?

    Thanks!

Personally, I would use this article to configure Outlook to connect to your hotmail account, and then I would use the 'Import and Export' function on the 'File' menu to dump your emails to a PST file. Then at any time in the future, you can import this PST back into outlook, and it will re-create all your messages.
