2 add-remove files icons?

Hi
For some bizzar reason when I went into control panel there were 2 add-remove icons? :confused is this bad?
Also pctools spywear wont let me remove it?:major
Help?

 

Hi there mummygeek and welcome to the MG's site, i don't mean to dishearten you but thats exactly what happened to me about a week ago and it was a virus/malware, and i had to do a read and run me first.

Click on the link below and follow all the instructions very carefully not missing anything out, because if this isn't done asap you will find things will only get worse.
