    Welcome to Major Geeks!

This is normal for IE7 and above because they are tabbed browsers.

Are you actually having any malware problems/symptoms? If so, see the below sticky thread:

    Thank you, and hello,

Wow what a fast response, my other symptoms would be that at times the browser does not load any page at all, and i have to restart the computer and sometimes it catches and loads. Other symptoms would be when i close my browser i still see it running in the task manager, and when i try to end process it does not allow me to.

Ive tried running various malware and adware programs with no luck. Im not sure whats going on. Again thank you for your knowledge.

You need to complete chaslang's instructions given in his link to the -
READ & RUN ME FIRST Malware Removal Guide

    - then you need to attach (See: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post ) the below logs created while running the above scans.
    1. SASlog.txt log from SuperAntiSpyware.
    2. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log
    3. RRlog.txt (from RootRepeal)
    4. ComboFix.txt (normally C:\ComboFix.txt)
    5. MGlogs.zip - normally it is C:\MGlogs.zip - only attach this log from MGtools.exe DO NOT attach any logs seen in the MGtools folder.
    • You should attach all of your logs to one message after you have completed all scans.
    • Be patient after posting your logs and wait for one of the helpers to get to you. It can take a while to read thru all of the logs and to create individual fixes for you.
    • Also DO NOT BUMP your thread to try and get a faster answer. This will actually significantly delay getting an answer. See this: Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!
*Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.
