:confusedI have a new pc connected to the internet. I would like to connect the old one to .How do I go about doing that ?.

 

How far between the 2?
Any walls?
What operating system/s?
What specs for both PC's?
Do you want cables to connect them?
or Wireless?
What about printer/s?
Do you want to connect them to each other and to the Net?
Or just individually to the Net?

Those with more experience (than I) in this, will need more info to help provide you with various options. I have 2 almost side by side, but I am sure my solution will not be of use to you. Bazza

you will need a router , your next decision is do you want wireless or wired. wired has it's advantages (security, speed) wireless has the portability and no need to run cables

yes you will need a wireless usb adapter, or a wireless card (usb easier)
