2 problems..only get on internet in safe mode/popup intermittent on puter

hello, I ran Farbar to see why i couldn't get on the internet in normal mode (have yellow on my internet icon), but can get on in "safe" mode. here is an item that i think needs to be addressed first? HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\\EnableFirewall" registry value does not exist.

2)popup issues, went away, thanks to your help 8 months ago, but are back again.

I have to go to work so that is all i can attach at the moment.

 

HELLO, I realize i have to attach more logs. It is difficult with an infected computer and working in safe mode.

 

the antimalware log is in Notepad. but don't know how to download it and get it in here. also cannot find hitman file i saved it..but don't know what or where it is.
