2002 Norton WinDoctor errors - how to repair?

My Nortons WinDoctor can repair most of the errors, except these 2:

1. The shortcut \Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Shortcut Bar\Office\New Journal Entry.Ink is invalid

Reason:
C:\Windows\installer\{911A0409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0050048383C9}\outicon.exe cannot be found.

2. missing file: C:\windows\system32\icardagt.exe

cannont access a necessary file "msvcp80.dll:

I am using a one year old Gateway Desktop computer, running windows xp professional, with Nortons internet security 2005, and Norton Utilities 2002.

I want to know one, if the shortcut link that is invalid would be much of a problem anyway? If so, how could i get it back on there as it appears to be deleted according to the error message?

On error #2, i don't know what that is? But it looks important, is it?
How can I re-install it.

I have all original software as needed.
