Thanks! I was following a thread on Google that directed me to this cite. A few people were talking about this stuff indirectly on a forum and I heard a lot of good things from it on campus. I'm a college geek and so are many of my friends. I'm writing about natural disasters that's happening around the world while paralleling it with what could happen in DC. One of the side effects is chaos with computers and telecommunications and how lack of technology after a disaster could really mess with our current way of life. Weird but cool stuff.
