25th Anniversary

Our 25th wedding anniversary was June 28th. Weve spent all week working the house, pool, and backyard, getting ready for the big party today. And me with a possible hernia working my butt off. I'm such a trooper. Actually, my wife has done most of the work, 'cus I'm hurting pretty bad. All the kids are home, that puts a huge smile on my face. I like having them around. They've been working too. Look what they bought us for # 25.

 

25 years? Go you, i have a hard time standing anyone for 25 months... hell... weeks.

Thanks for the messages, folks. The twenty five years was certainly a struggle at times, but we did manage to get through them. Just like we made it through the party last night. Bit of a headache right now. We were up 'til 3:30. Couple of pics of the aftermath. Look at my poor grille now. Anyone want that hotdog before I toss it? Oh yeah, there's a chair at the bottom of the pool. I hope no one's in it.

 

Good one, mate. Takes effort by you both to go that long, and too few people these days are game to try it. Congratulations.
