$27.34 DIY Outdoor Webcam Enclosure

    Apologies if this would have been better posted in the hardware forum, but in the spirit of hacking, I just put togather an enclosure for outdoor webcams that cost me a whopping $27.34 in parts from Home Depot - sure beats spending $500+ on the commercial ones. Yea, it's not as spiffy and requires mounting from a can light ... but if that's your situation, this might be something for you to consider. It gets cold and rainy/snowy here in Colorado, but I think it will do the job. Was really easy and I'll have some public imagery up for halloween

    I allready tossed the rest of the AOL case - just needed the top clear part. But hey, should I go through the trash and find the CD so I can send that to 'ya?!? ;-)

    P.S. And who remembers the days of free floppies courtesy of AOL
