2nd issue with files today...

    I posted this in the hardware forums, however this MAY be a software issue...when i try to right click executable files on my usb keyi get a windows pop-up titled "confirm" and then below saying "please insert last disk"
    ...and then when i get the pop-up about the error and read the info, it shows the following 2 files
    C:\DOCUME~1\judi\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERda5a.dir00\drwtsn32.exe.mdmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\judi\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERda5a.dir00\appcompat.txt
    anyone have any ideas what's going on here?
