Hey guys Im getting 2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827101010

Should I keep one on slave and one on master to get good performence? or set both to master?
    AND.....

Should I Use one Ide ribbon to connect em both? I have primary and secondary Ide slots open since my Hard drives sata ,so should I connect one to primary Ide slot second to secondary Ide shot? or connect em both to 1 ide shot?

Why do you need two, just out of interest?

And yes, I'd set one to master and one to slave in order to function correctly, and use them on the same ide ribbon. Probably best to connect it to the secondary connectors on your motherboard too.

What, you mean copy dvd discs directly to another disc?
It can be done, although this is where you have to tread carefully due to piracy reasons etc.

However, if it's for backup purposes then I believe this is ok - but I'd still do dvd - harddisk - dvd.
