3 Items found with Spybot

Just downloaded the new definitions for Spybot. Ran it on one machine with same software and windows configuration, found no threats. However, on other machine found 3. Reason I am questioning these is because of what they are:

Security Risks: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\UpdatesDisableNotify!=dword:0

Security Risks: Settings (Registry change, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDisableNotify!=dword:0


Because I run Mcafee's Security Center, Viruscan, Firewall Plus and Privacy Service I shut down the firewall for Windows and the Security Center for Windows so I do not get double warnings on out of date software as well as setting my windows update to notify me rather than to automatically update. All of the problems above refer to these three settings, I think. My other machine is set up exactly the same way but did not get these three things listed as threats. None of the problems listed above have ever surfaced before until the recent update to Spybot (or maybe the recent update to Mcafee Viruscan and Security Center). I don't know which. Are the above false positives??? Need some advice before I go ahead and fix the above or leave them as is. Thanks
