 I have Dell, WinXP w/serv pack 2

Please help me. I'm trying to install the Sims. My sis had no problem on her computer but mine keeps telling me "...is not a valid win32 application". I check the net and find something about 32 or 64 bit. I guess this means color and my system is 32 bit. Can I change this? How can I make this game work on my system?

 Is it true that I can rename it (the game) or change it into 32 bit? Help!

I agree with Omega, uninstall your game and then reinstall it.

P.S. - Win32 doesn't mean 32-bit color. It means Windows XP is a 32-bit application that is meant to run on 32-bit processors. And applications that run inside of Windows are commonly called Win32 applications.
