   What do I do with these?They cannot be healed and I dont know whether to delete them or keep them there.Anyone know what I should do?Sorry Im not the best on PCs and am starting to panic a bit.

   Things that are in a vault are really no longer a threat unless you restore them from the vault. Yes you can just empty the vault to remove them.
