4 trojans found during online scan, then froze. 70+ processes, many issues

    Ill start off by saying I have 70+ processes running on my laptop, and my cd-rom randomly started ejecting. Especially when I am playing a game, which then gives me an error message then shutting the game down. Or when I close my laptop at night, I wake up and its ejected. Its just been becoming more sluggish by the day.
    I have registered on another forum seeking help and have done a few things but the guy helping me is really slow to respond and its been a few days now so i was trying to see if i get could get it resolved faster.Not to mention my modem lights are constantly blinking. Sometimes when they blink too rapidly i get disconncted and have to wait 1-3 minutes for it to reconnect before doing anything.

    I have Avia Anti vir I scan daily with no threats
    I have Ad Aware I use with no threats
    and recently isntalled MBAM with no threats

    I was advised to use ESET Online Scanner, and it was on 7hours 10minutes and still scanning, and then froze- i was then forced to hold the power button untill it shut down. But before it froze it said it found:

    Java/TrojanDownloader.agent.NBM trojan
    Java/TrojanDownloader.agent.NBK trojan
    Java/TrojanDownloader.agent.NBL trojan
    probably a Variant of Win32/Agent Trojan

    so,I have 4 known trojans the moment and dont know what to do!:(
    I have HiJackThis, DDS , OSL, and a few other programs I was advised to download.
    I need help:(

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    I'm sorry but you are already actively getting help at BPC from schrauber ( re: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic329102.html ). It does not make sense to ask for help here since that would just have you starting over again running our cleaning procedures and attaching the logs we use. In addition working on multiple forums occupies the time of very limited precious resources and can also lead to confusion. So it would be better and more expedient for you to continue where you have started since you could be waiting a few days just for us to get back to you after you complete our cleaning process.

    chaslang, thank you sir for telling me about the forum I am already in.
    Since you have read it,then you would notice I posted my request for help on July 4. It is now the 12th(13th in 45 mintues) and I have accomplished nothing with Schrauber. I thank him for his efforts and support, but I am trying to get my computer fixxed as soon as possible, with someone who gets online more then once every few days. It didnt occur to me that I would have problems seeking help from these forums.For that, I apologize.

    I also apologize for thinking another forum might be able to assist my problems faster, and in less time then 8 days. Silly me.

    He last responded to you on Jul 11 2010, 11:23 AM which is not that long ago in forum time, especially when things are busy. You have to wait your turn in the que for a volunteer helper to get to you and then to have time to come back and post again. Remember it is volunteer effort base on them having free time. We don't get paid to do this. There are times when I'm not here for several days too and if I have 100 threads in my work que, it could be 3 to 4 days before you get a reply. schrauber helps at multiple forums (like many of us do) and sometimes he is even here posting. We are all extremely busy since the number of us compared to the number of people with infected PCs is like a grain of sand on the beach. ;)

    We just don't want to have duplicate efforts nor the confusion that occurs when multiple sets of possibly different instructions are followed. If you wish to have your thread at BPC closed, you can post there and ask that they close it. And then you can work here but you will have to start over again and work thru the below and attach all the logs that we request here at Major Geeks! If you wish to do this then please do so, but be forwarned that you may not even be having malware problems. The logs however will allow us to determine this. And you need to attach the logs whether anything is found or not as indicated.

    Okay thanks chaslang! I will cease seeking help from another expert.I'll let schrauber help me at his convenience. (I appreciate everything he has done for me.) Because, he is the only person in the world who can help me now.
