403 Forbidden Error Message

Afternoon,
Here is the page url,
https://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/index.html

On the left hand side you will see a UK SELLER LOGO.
I use this for some references.
I used to be with a hosting company up until say 3 months ago where then i changed to Go Daddy.

When i now press the logo i see a 403 Forbidden Error Message " You don't have permission to access /m-images/emailref/ on this server"

Before i could click on it & then see a list of items,this has now stopped.

Please advise how i can change the way this now operates.

My current .hta file is as follows.


RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www\.)?theremotedoctor\.co.uk
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.theremotedoctor.co.uk/$1 [R,L]

So does your Options +Indexes advice be placed in a specific location or can i just put it as the last line.
