4core1600twins-p35d Supported Cpu Problem

AsRock 4core1600twins p35d
BIOS P1.20
Intel Dual Core E8500
RAM kvr13n9s6/2 2x2gb
300W PSU
PCI Express Nvidia 9800GT 1GB
Till now everything's fine, I guess. But I've come to a halt at the p.o.s.t. Recognizes Video Card, Cpu and Ram.But hangs after ram count with one or more error codes in the bottom rigth corner (AMI Bios).Eg. 0060, 503C, 0075.
I cannot enter bios.
Keyboard stops responding after Ram count.
All fans are running like they should.

Disconnected all sata and pci cards.

In old config Intel pentium 4 @ 3gHz and RAM a-data ddr2 667mHz 1x2gb work fine. If change CPU to Intel E8500 and RAM a-data ddr2 667mHz PC boot only BIOS with errors 0060, 0075. If change RAM to kvr13n9s6/2 2x2gb BIOS not boot.

I think problem is in BIOS FW who is not supported by this CPU.

 

Any ideas?

Updated to unofficial BIOS FW L1.27. Works fine.
