500fsb !!!!!! Woot !!!!!!

I got my new mobo and its doing 500FSB!!!!! I havent even begun to tweak ......

 

Prime stable for a half hour now ...........

 

what are your system specs Ace?

 

AMD Mobile Barton 2GHz 266Mhz FSB (2600+) stock
running 2.550 at 510 FSB on a DFI infinity NFII ( havent tweaked the core speed yet )

Adata ddr500 mem running 1:1 3 5 5 11 ( stock timings i havent tweaked the timings yet )

MSI FX5600xt 235Mhz core / 400Mhz mem
@ 400Mhz core / 675Mhz mem

 

No, you're doing 250FSB. Just cause you got a double pumped CPU doesn't mean your FSB is any higher

 

Its DDR ram too so the mem is double pumped too .... Im running 510DDR (255 fsb ) now at timings 3 4 4 11.... 2.555 GHz...
So i more less traded 50 MHz core for 50 MHz fsb I think thats a good deal ...Oh I get 3851 in sandra now ..............Oh ya better change AMD Athlon 3000+ FSB333 to AMD Athlon 3000+ FSB166 in your sig...

 

Ok iv hit 2.816GHz 256FSB (512DDR) timings 3 3 4 11 runs to hot for my tastes thow 140F+ ......

 

nice Ace, I managed to overclock my pc from P4 550 to 3845Mhz without a hassle at 50C.

but I don't know what I am doing once I begin with the voltages and ddr timings...

that given, I recon you know what you are doing still I wish I could too ;D

you are a veteran and I am just began with this so no matter how you look at this...you are way more experienced then me!!!

I need help with the voltages and timings on my memory and I think the only one able to help me is you...
