   I seriously doubt this is a malware issue. You may just need to start controlling your startup programs. You could try using one of these:
   Startup Manager
   
   Startup_CPL
   
   However, if you want us to check your system, then you need to attach the other requested logs:
   ComboFix
   C:\MGLogs.zip
