6800 GS - 2D Mode

I recently overclocked my 6800GS using AtiTool 0.25. It was working fine at 500/1100, but now it doesn't seem to want to switch into 3D performance mode. No matter what I run, AtiTool always says the current clock is 350/1100 (2D). I just figured it wasn't being displayed correctly, so I benchmarked to swee, and I went from 3D Mark 05 scores of 5800 to below 5050. Any ideas what would be keeping it from going into the 3D performance mode?

 

um ati tool is for ati cards i am not sure if it works with nvidia cause 6800gs is nvidia card and u should use coolbits program, its meant for nvidia
