8600 or 8800 gt 320mb??

    I really really want the 8800 gt 320mb that has the core of 584 and the clock of 1880.... But yesterday I saw the xfx xxx 8600 has a core of omg lol 730 and a memory of 2.6 ghz... But the 8800 has 96 pixels where the 8600 only has a crappy 32.. :-( I just dont understand, which one would be better cuz the 8600 has so much more speed.
