_INS5176._MP Problem!

Okay, I wasn't sure as to where to post this because it has to do with certain games, but yet it appears to be a software problem so at least I'm half right by posting it here! Anyhow, I've tried to install the 2 commerical Quake 2 Mission Packs and when I get to the splash screen, Windows gives me the error message about _INS5176._MP causing an error and the need to re-start the program. I installed the original Q2 with no problems, but the Mission Packs are giving me a fit! Is there anyway to solve this error so the games can be installed? My specs are Win2000Pro SP4, AMD 3200+ (Barton), NVIDIA GeForce 7600GS, 2 gigs of RAM, and a ASUS DVD (SATA). Any help, or suggestions, sure may help. Thanks!!!

Well zDawg, that site never did return, but I did find the problem and it is with the InstallShield program. According to their forums, the only work around to this error is to purchase an updated version of InstallShield, which won't happen! However, if anyone is interested, I found a work around for this. I made a shortcut of the games 'setup.exe' file off the CD to my desktop, right-clicked it and set the compatability mode to Win98. Then, when I clicked on it, the game installed flawlessly!

Thanks for the clarification on that InstallShield thing. I thought I had to purchase the later version in order to get it to work. Well, you're never to old to learn..THANKS!!
