Hello Major Geeks!

I just wanted to write to let you know that by following your detailed and helpful directions, it appears that I was able to remove the spyware and malware that seems (all to frequently) to find it's way onto my sister's family computer. She has 4 children who like to download anything they find interesting even after being told not to do so.

Anyway, a big thanks to all here who provide support and the removal tutorials!

For anyone new to spyware and malware removal...yes, it's a big pain, and yes, it takes A LOT of time to run through all the steps, but you can do it! It is worth it!
