a couple quick questions...

As stated by other messages... I am anxious to know if my computer is clean or not... So, I looked at MalwareBytes (dot org) & found that they have a free version of their program (didn't know this when I submitted my logs the other day.) :confused

So, I've downloaded it & I have it running... & it went through my Registry & has already found 11 objects infected :eek

That is NOT good!!! ...
1st question is... Will the free version heal or vault those infections?

& Off this topic a little... should I go ahead & do the recovery (basically formatting) deal? (From the disc that came with my laptop.) OR do I need to wait until someone reviews my logs?? Told ya... I'm quite anxious.

(Please don't move this to my thread with the logs... for I don't want that to be "bumped" to the end of the line again... & because this is really a separate topic... imho.)

Ok... I'm sorry... I was expecting that scan to take a few hours...

Well, it's done & I have the log now... I won't post it to my other thread until prompted.
